WORST COMPANY EVER! This complaint is in regards to Swimsuits for All, who I discovered was purchased by Full Beauty. I never had problems with them until now. It has been an absolute nightmare. Ordered $500 worth of merchandise for a trip and paid $40 in shipping which is unheard of for clothing. I was told it would arrive in 7 days. When it had not arrived in 2 weeks I called and sat on hold for 1.5 hours only to be told I probably would not be receiving my items any time soon. I was told I would be refunded the shipping fee and I could return the items at no cost to me if they did not arrive in time. They of course did not arrive and I started emailing the company. I would not receive an email response for weeks. I asked for my order to be canceled and for my cc NOT to be charged and was told 2 weeks later it was too late it had been processed and I was charged. Then when I called to return the items that had arrived a MONTH AND A HALF after I ordered them I was told I could not get the shipping refunded. I finally just returned some of the items as instructed and asked for a manager to call me. I was told I would get a call in an hour. I just received a call 5 days later and was told by the "manager" that there was nothing that could be done because I was misinformed and the fine print stated I would not be getting shipping back and not only that but I was going to be charged and additional $10 for returning the merchandise! He said he would waive this as a courtesy which is insane because no one ever even mentioned that in all the emails and phone calls... just another scam to take money! I asked why he called me 5 days later if he wasn't even going to help me and his response was literally "because I have to, this paper says you requested a call from a manager so I called you." He spoke incredibly rudely to me and raised his voice at me so I simply told him goodbye and hung up. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The absolute worst customer service and policies. It is a scam and they do not care about anything but stealing your money. WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!
After not receiving my order I called to find out where it was (Fed Ex didn't have it yet) they told me that it as lost and I'd have to wait 30 days before they could declare it lost. When I wanted to cancel the order I was told that was against their policy. Never again

Update: I was on hold for 50 minutes prior to reaching a customer service representative yesterday. I cancelled my order, requested email confirmation that it would be cancelled, to which the customer service representative stated they were not sure if I would receive (I did not), and saw on the website that all of the items had been updated to "Status: Cancelled". I go to double check that this is cancelled and I will be refunded this morning and all of my items are now at "Status: Not Shipped". This business has got to be a scam. I am now going on 30 minutes on hold trying to cancel the same order twice because this company can't be bothered to have a good website. If it happens again I'm going to have to contact the BBB and my state attorney general regarding deceptive business practices.
The clothes are wildly overpriced. The shipping is outrageously priced, designed to get you to sign up for a shipping discount service, and slow as molasses. 14 business days is unacceptable at this point. Other companies have got it together after a year in the pandemic, why hasn't this company? You can't cancel an order online, in the year 2021 which is not only extremely suspicious, but extremely inconvenient, and the telephone customer service has had me on hold for 45 minutes so far and I still haven't gotten to speak to a person. I'll just order clothers from department stores in the future. What a ripoff.
I ordered swimsuit bottoms from Catherine's on 6-4-21 and rec'd notice a week later that the order is delayed. When I tried to cancel the order I was told that since it was in process the rep couldn't even get to it. When you order they do not give a tentative date of receipt or mailing. Now I will have to pay for shipping to me and shipping to send back. They have quite a scam going. The representative that I spoke with was rude and condescending. No more orders from any of their brands from me. I shopped at the stores frequently but from this catalog scam no more. GOODBYE Catherines.
I will not be ordering from this company again. There is nowhere on their site that indicates that shipping fees are not refundable. This is totally deceptive. Anyone reading their refund/exchange policy would expect to receive a refund for the merchandise AND the shipping charge. They've lost a very good customer.
This company refuses to cancel orders even though they are not in stock. They hold the money hostage. The customer service reps are none responsive, uninterested in helping and just all around useless. Ordered May 29th items in stock, now its stuck in the ever pending "processing" phase. They refuse to cancel it. I believe its out of stock and they still want the sale so they refuse to cancel. And if you do eventually receive it they only offer credit returns, not you r money back. Pretty good scam going to get as much money as they can for subpar products.
Horrible service! I placed an order and received nothing for 2 months. I tried to contact them several times to cancel the and they have a recording that states no one can answer my call, click.

This place Full Beauty Brands take your money and don't deliver the products. Their customer service personnel either lie or are forced to lie to keep their jobs. I learned my expensive lesson to not order from any of the Full Beauty Brands or Dr Leonard's because they are all scams.
Exchanges are worse than returns. A lot of backorders. Tried to exchange some and retun some. The instructions were incomprehensible. The label didn't work. I paid more than twice what they said they would charge me for shipping it back. The phone system did not work. Bought from them because it had Catherine's which had treated me well in the past.

I ordered 2 sets of PJs and returned them due to cheap and shotty made. And I had to pay to return these, Now they tell me I owe for them?!? I proved I sent them back and they're using the Covid virus as a excuse that they didn't receive I asked for a refund and no reply. i went on the internet and did investigation about Fullbeauty and i found their refund department helplien . I contacted them and i get my full refund !!!!!!!!!!!this is
I get these catalogs from Roman's and Women Within. I ordered two pair of shorts from Women Within 5 weeks ago. I was suppose to get free shipment but was charged. I hate dealing with company's that use foreign lands to handle their ordering etc. I hate having to challenge the employees regarding extra fees. When I didn't get my order from Women Within in two weeks I called an office in NY and spoke to English speaking male who was downright rude. All I did was fuss about waiting on hold for an hour. Today's USPS info mail indicates a package from Full Beauty... could this be the shorts I ordered so long ago? I do believe the reason for the delay was waiting for the ship to arrive from China!
Appears that I received my 3rd and final notice to pay them for an item that I did not purchase from them. The item costs less purchased from the company that actually makes it. They threatened to send it to a collection agency if I don't pay the ramson and that it "may" effect my credit rating. ALSO, WHY DON'T THEY STOP SENDING ME THEIR OVERPRICED CATALOG.
Terrible customer service!!! Placed an order 3 weeks ago and still hasn't shipped. Called 3 days ago and they said it was boxed and ready to ship - but didn't. Called again tonight and after 45 minutes on hold they said exactly the same thing.

According to the Internet, Full Beauty / Woman Within bought BC Outlet and shut it down. If you google BC Outlet it links to Full Beauty.
